100% Financial Penalty Exemption Initiative / Act Now & Apply

The General Tax Authority has launched a conditional 100% Financial Penalty Exemption Initiative aimed at supporting voluntary compliance with tax obligations.

The initiative offers full exemption from all financial penalties under Income Tax Law No. (24) of 2018 and Excise Tax Law No. (25) of 2018.

Requirements

• Register on the Dhareeba Platform
• Submit all outstanding tax returns
• Pay all outstanding taxes in full

The initiative is valid for 6 months from March 1, 2025.
